hello all!
new to the forum but have been a Proline owner since '97.

i was doing a search this morning and found this forum...great resource...wish i had known about it long ago!

i am trying to locate replacement under gunwale rod holders for our 97 17CC.
they are a plastic recessed insert that holds 2 rods on each side
we have gotten 14 great seasons out of them but they are beginning to crack at the mounting screw holes

anyone have any ideas of where to get something like this?

i have already contacted the factory but they farmed out the production of these items and have no accurate records of the company, etc.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

thank you

Gitzit,
If you are talking about the rod rings, they are Marine East, as 231 pointed out...

thanks for the repies!
however, the rings are not what i am looking for.
i am looking for the entire molded plastic insert/panel that attaches with about 18 screws into each side of the boat under the gunwale
it has two rod openings at each end and has rubber bungie type cords to hold the rods tight

here is a pic from a boat for sale ad i found on line
you can see most of the insert

I saw what you are looking for on eBay...just what I was looking for too!

The whole insert..just cut and install.

I have a 1989 Proline 20' CC, mine are part of the deck cap...not like yours.
I thought of adding more towards to bow, I would have to cut and install.
Then the 'new' storage would look like yours.

Look on this page, there are a few of them.

thanks, Fishbones!
the Paragon Plastics one looks most like mine.
i need to pull my winter cover and confirm the dimensions.

Paragon does a lot of OEM stuff....rod holders, drop in trays, tackle storage, radio boxes, etc

here is direct link...

not sure if they sell retail but here is link to a retailer in Florida that does...

good luck with your project
