Before replacing the light I would do a through check of the wiring, those little lights rarely fail. If it is the light it does not have a replacable bulb, it is a one piece plastic unit held on by a backing nut a Bostic 920 (5200). The best way to remove it is just break it off  or drill it out from inside the bait well then just replace it with the light of your choice designed for a bait well
