Bought the boat in June w/ twin Evinrude 115's on a bracket. Boat has trim tabs, hard top w/launcher and e. box. Just had the Rudes replaced w/counter roatating 2003 Johnson 175's w/4 blade Viper props. Also added Sea Star hydraulic steering (was told it was essential w/the added H.P.) Also rewired and added 2 battery switches to the 3 battery setup.

Plan to take her out for some Tuna and Mahi off the coast of OC MD next weekend.

I would appreciate any specs about the model and any general suggestions.

I plan to add a livewell and am looking for input. Battery size and make and model suggestions?

Also, has anyone added in cabin, under seat storage? It seems odd that there is no access there. The one drawback that I can see about the boat is a lack of storage space.

Thanks to all.

Hello
Proline cut hatches in after 1990.  I am not sure how the areas you speak of are finished inside.  I have considered the same on my 89.  I am in the middle of a nasty transom job right now so that is the first order of biz.  I'd love to see aphoto of your hardtop as I want to build one at some point.
