Question vent on starboard side of WAC  vent dropped down is is connected to anything. It looks like a big problem getting to.....

Its the plastic vent cover internal peice held on with 2 screws Thanks

Which vent might you be talking about?  Cabin Portlight?  Engine vent?  Please be more specific...

Look on line, you can get a replacement "grill" (no, it's not a vent) from AFI/Marinco...
