When you post to the Discontinued Models Section of this Forum, consider posting more than your Model Number and year.  Describe your boat a bit more in the first lines.
You will have a lot more company if you do that IMHO. Here's Why.
For example many Prolines are almost identical, but have different model numbers in different year.  Only Proline  Marketing Could tell you Why for sure.
examples include  many 20/201/21 walkarounds  almost same.
230/231/24/240/241/25 walkarounds.     251/26/27 WA models

I/O boats, OB boats, Bracket models, Eurotransom models all within the above groups.

For Example  If you have a 1997 251 W/A

post as  "97 251 WA, 2 bracket mounted 08 150 verados , two window cabin, factory hardtop & transom door , hydraulic steering."

Or "2003 23 walk , 5.7 merc bravo III  Eurotransom, Bimini, single window cabin, full factory platform."

I just made these combos up and they may not even exist, but something similar does.

Do the same thing when In "technical advice" as there is a chance one of us has had the same problem before.
remember to help your co owners and support your Proline Community.
Especially when it saves you Hundreds of dollars or Many painful hours.

 Cheers
