I own a 1998 251 walkaround an have been getting a small amount of water in the gunnell behind the sink and sometimes in the front storage compartment under the bed area.

Just enough to cause mildew problems.

Anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks...

That's a tough one.
Could be one or more answers.
Give Jim a try in customer service, (800) 344-1281, Monday thru Thursday.
He'll have to do the same thing I would, which is test his memory as to if we had such a question back then, and also the answers.
I promise you between Jim and Faron, they'll try.

Sounds like a hull-to-deck joint problem.  Caulk the top and bottom sides of the rubrail with a polyurethane adhesive (5200 or the like) from midships to the pulpit.  Don't use silicone, as this is not an adhesive, and will separate as the boat flexes during normal outings...it will pull away from the surfaces you are meaning to seal...
