Looking for some info/input on a couple of issues I have w/ my '98 251.  Wife broke the cabin escape hatch, any idea on finding one that fits for cheap or a good way to make something that will work for a cover?  Also I have 20 gal freshwater and the pump is gone.  what is a good gpm to go w/, I have the sink by baitwell, sink in cabin & pull out shower nozzle?  Any input greatly appreciated.  THANKS EVERYONE!

Welcome Cpt.

Call Faron @ (800) 344-1281. Monday thru Thursday. Make that your mantra for all Proline parts.

Your water pump replacement on the other thread was nice. Good job and thanks for detailing it here.

For Proline upholstery it's CUSHIONGUY.
For Proline anything it's Seabob and Mike Carrigan.
For Proline parts it's Faron as above.

I consider us lucky to have insiders helping us. Btw, I have the same boat but in 2000 it was called the 25Walk. Same outboard, too. And I've benefited from each of the guys listed above.

Captstone,
Right now PL is using the Shur-flo ProBlaster 4.0.  Yeah, it's primarily a washdown pump, but it suits freshwater systems just fine.  And it does have a pressure switch, so once the system is pressurized, it shuts off until you use some water...
Defender Marine has them for $143...
