Hello,

I bought a 1998 Proline 190CC.  Just recently, my no oil alarm will come on when I'm going through no wake zones for about 7-10 min.  At non-idling speeds, this never happens.  I've talked with several people, and everyone is saying that it's probably my vro pump going bad.  I have a 1998 115 Johnson Oceanrunner.  What do you think?  If it's the vro pump, I want to bypass it (can't afford the ~$400 for new one with labor).  In order to bypass it, I realize I have to mix the fuel 50:1, but I'm not sure what size tank I have.  I called proline and they don't know nor do they have an owners manual.  Any suggestions on how to mix the oil with the gas already in the boat?  Anyone know the fuel capacity?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i had an 02 or 03 19 sport.  i think the tank was either 50 or 55 gals.  if you are going to bypass the pump it might be a good time to clean out your tank.  get out all the water a stuff that acumalated over the years and start over.  kor
