Hi Everybody,

I joined the forum Saturday evening after picking up our new 2010 20' Sport with black stripes and black Bimini!
 Grin
I purchased a 20 in long SS bow anchor roller at west marine like our 05 19' sport had.  Due to the the long curved nose on the new sport it seemed as if we would need an anchor roller almost twice the length as the 20" Wm unit.

I haven't been able to find one so far, can any one here give some contacts or suggestions?

Thanks so much,
Al

congrats on the new ride.  Had Prolines in my family since early 80's, maybe sooner with Dad's 17' DC,  Love the boat.  Where to you live?  That boat is a goodlooking one.  What kind of power is on it?

Sandflea,

The good looking rig in the photo above belongs to Mr. Robert I believe?

Me and my better half live in central FL and this is our second Pro-Line.  "Blacky" has a 4 stroke 150 Suzuki hanging from the very tall transom compared to our 05 19'.

Thank for the Welcome!

Al

Blacky, congrats on the new proline. I have a 2005 sport 19, just curious why go from a 19 to a 20? Why not go bigger? I love my 19 but if i would love more room.

Hey Alan,
this is what I was talking about.
Bob
Bob,
Was looking at one of those for my 21 sport.  How strong are those?  Just looking at it I wounder?  Seems like a lot of extention away from the boat and any side load or vertical pull from the line would either bend it or damage the mounting points on the boat?  I really like the idea of storing the anchor on it and not having to remove it and put the anchor away when not in use.
