the vent line is always backing up with fuel. there is no clog, it has no pitch from the tank across the floor to the gunnel then travels up to the vent just below the fill. what could be the problem? i am tired of getting gas only during the week because of the 1 gallon every 30 seconds. ( 200 gallon tank) hoses are not kinked or rotted. also, front windshield?  do i have to have one molded, it cracked???

fuel vent issue might be able to help a biy.

Mine does that intermitently on my 231.
I do one of 2 things.
blow into the tank fill with your mouth or suitable attachment to clear the bit of fuel out of the line loop, then fill ,and tank will vent. until almost full.
or (dont do if water in line) blow back into tank via vent.
if vent is clear and line is clear tank should vent and fill.
try different angles on the filler handle as well.
