I have a factory T-Top on my 19 sport . It`s five years old and the fabric is getting a little worn. I was thinking about replacing the fabric with a hard top.
I`m thinking it will have to be OEM top to fit properly.
The question is, can I buy the top direct from the factory and what, if any, issues I might have with the switch.

Z,
That might be a tough one.  Back when we made the 19 Sport (which was before my time), we may not have offered a glass T-Top "top" as an option.  However, if the length and width dimensions are close to our current 20 Sport top, you could utilize that top.  If you can get me your outside dimensions of tour top, I can probably find out if the current glass top will work.

Thanks for the reply Bob.
I had the top installed at the dealer after owning the boat for a couple of months, but it is a Pro Line top. It has the plate on the back by the rod holders. I can`t recall if there`s any info on the plate, but I`ll check that as well.
If anything, it`s a little large for the boat, which is a good thing.
I`ll take the measurments and post up tomorrow.
Thanks again.

Z,
The plate will have the S/N on it.  Let me know that info.  Thanks.

Bob,
The top measures 74 wide X 84 long. This is measured from the upper bow.
The serial Number on the plate is 0004748.
I also recall the dealer having to modify two of the supports that connect to the console. Not sure if that`s going to help you.
Another question is the weight factor. Do you think this will effect the handling at all ?
Thanks again!
