I had this custom made for my '98 251. It was designed to fit tight inside the factory option bimini top (i also have the bimini frame, if interested??) and side curtains. Since, i have had trouble posting pictures, i will describe it as best as I can. I will send pics to your e-mail upon request.

It mounts in 3 places. The rear arch mounts on the aft end of the cabin below the window frames. At the top of this arch, another leg runs forward and down forming a tripod. This leg anchors on top of the helm's electronics box. Wiring runs up the interior of this center leg for the radar and re-located white nav light. There is a SS plate welded at the top which is drilled for a Furuno 1621 radar and the nav light.

The mounting plate sits below the bimini top and the radar mounts from above. This makes the bimini, in effect, permanent. Since, I never folded it anyway, this was never an issue for me. Since this is interior to the top and sides, this is a very clean look. This worked great for years, marine silicone sealed up the holes in the top so these never ran nor tore larger. After 8-9 years, I upgraded the boat with a hardtop.
This is a single welded structure so shipping from the San Francisco area is probably not doable unless this was cut and re-welded. How about $300 plus the cost of shipping?
