91 Proline 210

Hi Gang,
Just picked up a very solid 210 W/A and going through it. Is there any source for owners manual, wiring diagrams or any other literature that might help get acquainted with this boats systems?

The nav lights are not working and the original Yamaha Multi-gauges are also out. Would like to do some re-wiring, but looking at a daunting task without some kind of wiring ID. The boat has a 1989 115 Yamaha. Tilt down on Throttle works, but tilt up does not. Tilt up and down both work on the motor.

you need to check the wiring for your engine and remote control(not the "proline"  wiring)
if it works at the engine thats good news, likely just  small switch or wiring issue.
what contril lever do you have?
can you reverse the switch and see if the up will power by the down side?
