When Fishing The  231 W/A(aka 240,241,25 250 etc?),  Crew and guests familiar with other "Classic 23' class  trailerable sportfishing boats"  like Grady White, Aquasport, Cabo,
B whaler,Skipjack, Parker, shamrock etc....MAny positive comments are repeated over the years.

No one has had to redo the transom on a 95 or later boat with woodless structure.
The Great width of the walkaround path and depth .
The draining deck and ease of fishwashdown.
The cockpit size.
The fuel capacity and range.
the clean lines.
the boats feel and look so much newer than their age.
they would classify the boat with the more expensive names as far as quality
Other comments   =they like flat transom vs eurotransom on newer boats.

 neutral to negatives
Small size of in-transom baitwell.
Tight service access in some areas of I/O models.
small cabin berth.
limited seating
"cost a lot more than a seaswirl striper or  bayliner trophy"

few dealers away form southeast.

Cant' find one to buy within a 1000 miles.

They want as much for well kept used ones as New ones.

most common non propulsion  failures items .  Cabin water pump, Fuel guage system. wiper motor.
