the keel of my 23 xp scrapes the front cross member of the trailer.  it has srcaped off a good amout of gel coat that i need to patch.  do i really need this cross member?  i was thinking of welding a support stand in the front so i can eliminate the member.  what do you guys think or suggest.  thanks kor

Korey,
Can you put a keel roller on that crossmember which extends just above it so the keel rides on the roller rather than the member?  Simple easy fix yet still maintaining the structural integrity of the trailer.
