Need weld on rod holder for t-top

I have a 2003 250 sport cc and apparently the previous owner used the rod holder to attach his ski rope and pulled it off. Does anyone know what brand proline used and where I can get one.

I had Pacific Yacht Towers (760-744-4831) weld on 2 additional rod holders on my 24 SS. They were exact matches to the originals. $60 apiece. Call them for more info.
