bennett auto tab control

dont know if youre looking to put trim tabs and tab control or you already have tabs and are looking for a tab control.  but if you are looking to add tabs and controls i would go with the ql trim tab system.  when i bought my boat i didnt want tabs because its just another thing to snag your line on and loose the big one.  but the ql system is small, low profile and you wont snag your line on it.  check em out and let me know if you have questions.  korey

If it is anything like their "trimdicators", I wouldn't trust it.  Check out "Tabman" on THT (or reelboating.com).  He is Bennett's online rep.

hey bob,
   good to see you back in action.  was wondering whats your opinion on this tab question.  bennet, lenco, ql?  which way would you go.  i have the ql's but the reason why i like them is more from a fishing stand point instead of boat performance.  i dont want anybody to go rushing out to get ql's when bennet or lenco would be a better option.

For the reasons you specified, please check the technical forum for my take on the 3 manufacturers of tabs that I have installed/used/troubleshot over the last 16 years:  Bennett, Lenco, and Volvo QLs.  Sorry, don't think I need to write about K-Planes...unless someone out there has a 34 with triple 300s!
