It sounded complicated, with multiple creditors and multiple debtors cross collateralized between Donzi, Fountain and Proline boats, the main lender and TD bank.?
Lets hope the bloodline carries on In either Proline or another Name.

The whole industry is on this road right now having lost more brand names than
you can shake a stick at.
If it goes piecemeal certain hulls will go to other builder possibly and the brand name hopefully has some value. OR the lender can take over and sell it off as a going concern if it has any hope of making it when freed from debt.
but if all it can do is loose money, it will go the way of so many other brands.
