if direct on transom , maybe, but transom may have to be cut down and reworked, I wouldn't likely try that.
what is the lowest you can adjust ? are there any height adjustments on your transom or the motors bracket?
on a bracket mount that stands off you may have more chance as the prop will be back a bit from edge of transom,
Even if it "Works" it may exhibit ventilation, cavitation, undesirable handling, etc. maybe, if its the only option you have, and you are reasonably skilled, hang it on there and give it a sea trial?
but if its right up against the transom, and antiventilation plate is not "in range" of propper water flow, its going to be suboptimal at best. is it such a steal that you can get most of your money back if it doesent work acceptably?
better to do it right the first time and skip this motor if its potential cost and quirks make a great boat a poor one.
