Where does the table store when not in use??

this may or may not be any help, as 251 may be quite different but IF its anything like the 231WA/24wa 241wa/25walk family. the leg stows in a clip bracket under the stbd V berth cusion, and the "top" acts as a filler support for a center v berth cusion, while resting on molded ledges of cabin liner.
someone with 251 may chime in.
