Well, seems like we got chastised by "admin" about talking fishing in another topic.

Snook is my favorite, fish the upper part of Sarasota Bay, both mainland side and keys side.  Also Coquina Beach during spawn.  Longboat Pass is an excellent spot on an incoming tide.  Slowly jig a shrimp of the bottom.

And I love the 10"-12" Mangrove Snapper in the summer.  Any of the grass flats in the bay will produce on regular shrimp.
