Can anyone tell me if there is any foam in the 1997 WAC, and if so how much ?

Not sure which Foams you mean but about 1996 forward where there is no wood useage, there are 3 kinds or uses of foam I think. most of these
Prolines have all of them= structural like transom core and stringer&grid filling, sound and thermal insulation- like backing of fishwells ,coolers.baitwells, and floatation foam in between stringers and in hull voids and around tanks.
some of the foams are the same foam and some do more than one job  for instance most of the foams are lighter than water and are bouyant even if primary purpose is structural.
there are also foam backed insulation pads and headliners- in cabins and engine compartments etc and foam seat cusions and berth filler pads etc.
amounts of each hard to tell.
