Assuming that you are referring the the battery selector switch (Perko switch or equivalent -- that hat positions #1, #1, and both), and that you have only one switch, put it on the #1 position, and see which engine cranks.  Another way of telling is to disconnect the + cable on one battery, put the switch(es) on #1 position, and see if the port engine cranks.  If it does, then #1 is port.  Same test for #2 position of switch.

I only have one motor with two batteries. I will just have to disconnect one of the batteries and figure it out my self. I know that Seabob has the answer I guess he just doesn't have the time.

BOB is doing his own sight now so he seldom visits here.
i read his site once in a while, he talks about generic stuff as well as aquasport and prolines. "seabobsplace?"
he doesnt do his old site either but it was still up last time i checked.
"proline guy".
you have it right
just discon a bat+ and see which one doesent work.
no standardization as to port or stbd bat 1 or 2
on my boat bats 1 and 3 are port, bat 2 is stbd.
bat 2 is gp 24start
bat 1 and bat 3 are gp 27 deep cycle.
bat 1&3 have a pos jumper on/off  between them and main switch like yours sees bat 1 and 3 as one monster  bat when they are connected together to use or charge.

I checked it out. My battery on the starboard side is battery #1 in the switch.
