I am not sure but I think my transon is get in some water through the engine blots or stair bolts.

I see some brown marks coming from near the bolts.

What kind of wood is inside the transom of this boat.

I am thinking to take off the engine and seal with new 5200.

Have someone have some problem with transom of an old proline 211 walk

thanks

I didn't and don't have a problem with my 1991 260 walk, but I did with an old Bayliner and my first boat (that was actually in incredible shape to include the stringers but the transom was soaked and barely able to hold the engine on it).

In the above case, being my first boat, I let a pro take care of fixing it.  Get ahold of a marine surveyor and have them inspect the transom and stringers to see what they find.  It might be something 'cheap' or it might otherwise be costly unless you are willing to fix it and fix it the right way.
