2008 23' Pro-Line Sport---I am getting lots of water in the bilge after I wash the deck.  I think the water is coming in around the hatch that opens into the battery compartment.  Should there be a rubber seal around the opening?Huh??  Or anything else to do to prevent the water entering?Huh??  I have adjusted the latch to tighten the seal.

I flipped my large transom access hatch so that the hinge side was up. Seemed to help.
