I was out fishing last sat. Picked up a half scoop of bait. The livewell seemed to be working fine. However, it kept overflowing with water, running down the side of the bait tank.

Normally doesnt the water just flow over the top of the drain spout?

What would cause this overflow?

the drain tube may be clogged.  force water from outside to inside to clear it. 

There aren't any users online.
