What kind of problems would i run into by not replacing these right away? Yes all of the bellows need to be replaced but i don't want to spend the money right now to have them down.

Can I put the boat in the water at all without replacing it? The other bellows are all in tack, but will need to be replaced soon.

Thanks for any input!

Bellows keep out water so if they are bad you could sink. They are not that hard to replace and after you have done it once you will never need to pay anyone to replace them.
